The PGX Program is a realistic approach to weight loss meant for real people like you! Weight loss programs that are centered around crash dieting and harsh exercise regimes are almost impossible to stick to long-term, but the PGX Program focuses on small lifestyle changes that add up to a big difference.

Participants speak out about their success with the program and how gradually cutting out vices and replacing them with healthy habits has been the key to their weight loss success:

Sherri, who wanted to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight, lost 9 pounds: “By incorporating PGX into my lifestyle, I have more energy, feel healthier and just feel better.”

Ross, who lost 25 pounds, was pleased with the drop in his cholesterol levels. “Because of the health benefits of PGX, it makes you more health conscious. It gets you on a more positive track towards better health.”

Joanne felt tired and in a rut. She lost 16 pounds. “Once I started taking (PGX), I felt rejuvenated, much more youthful. I feel like it’s given me myself back.”

Christine, a hospital worker, lost 25 pounds. “The weight just dropped and dropped. I can climb up a mountain and run with my kids. That’s the person I want to be. I think I am that person now.”

Alison, who lost 41 pounds, says her hurdle was nighttime snacking. “(PGX) took away all those hard times that you would try not to eat something but your stomach is saying “feed me”.

The fact that PGX is an all-natural product – you’re not putting chemicals in your body – is wonderful. This is a healthy way to get back to a good weight.” Follow their lead and sign up for the PGX Program for free. Empower yourself by taking the first step towards a healthier life!

Anyone who follows their favorite sports team from summer training to the eventual championship game knows that it takes a lot of desire, effort and action to win the trophy and earn the glory. What can a championship team teach you about winning this weight loss season? First off, you need a good coach! A coach should serve to encourage, educate and execute your desired changes over the season.

Here at PGX, we have a great Nutrition Support Center that will answer any questions you have as well as support you along your journey. You also need a game plan. If you go into the season with nothing besides a desire to win you’re bound to fall short. Your heart may get you far, but backing it up with a proven plan is a guaranteed win!

Joining the PGX Program will ensure you have a no-fail plan to help you realize your dreams and goals. You will also need the right equipment if you want to be the ultimate weight loss victor. The pros don’t go into a game without all their gear, and neither should you!

Here is my list of must-have tools for success in weight loss game:

  • Pedometer
  • Water bottle
  • Good walking shoes
  • Some weights or a  gym membership

Most importantly, to have a winning season you must do what every player on championship teams does: believe that you are going to make it all the way! Also remember this: champions aren’t at home sitting on the couch watching others strive for greatness. Get up, get moving and get busy living your dreams and goals!

If you’re a first time gym-goer, follow the example of the old fable “The Tortoise and the Hare.” Getting fit and healthy isn’t a race, and I guarantee you will be much more likely to stick to your commitment if you don’t jump in full force right away.

Here’s an example of why acting like the Hare probably won’t result in you sticking to your commitment:

The well-intentioned Hare buys the platinum gym membership, gets outfitted in the latest workout apparel and rushes out the door to start his new regime. After three hours on the treadmill he grabs a protein smoothie on his way out the door. Our fearless friend is back the next day, giving it his all for another two hours. The next day, he rushes home from work, cursing about having to make it to the gym before it closes. He spends an hour walking on the treadmill. Then a project at work keeps our hero away from the gym for much of the next two weeks, but he swears he will wake up early that weekend and hit the gym. He ends up sleeping in instead. He vows that Monday will begin a serious workout week, but Monday comes and goes, and the Hare still hasn’t made it the gym.

Now here’s the “Tortoise” approach you should follow:

For your first two weeks at the gym, commit to going twice a week, and then three times during the third week. Now you’re three weeks into your commitment and you’re on your way to becoming a “regular” at the gym! The goal should be to gradually increase the frequency of gym visits, as well as the duration of each one.

Are you completely out of shape? No problem! During your first two weeks, do 10 to 20 minutes of cardio, 10 crunches and a few bicep curls each visit. At this point, creating a habit of going to the gym is much more important than how much you’re doing while you’re there. Give it time and you’ll have it all in sync.
