Motivation Monday: Getting Started

It's Motivation Monday and PGX wants to help you Get Started on your weight loss and training goals!

Whether your goal is weight loss, training, or something else, PGX knows that getting started can be one of the hardest parts of your journey, so this Motivation Monday it's all about igniting your drive!

5 Reasons To Get Started Today:

  1. You only have to start once! After that, every workout, run or crunch will be leading you even closer to your goals.
  2. You will feel more satisfied at the end of your day. Leave being a couch potato to ... potatoes!
  3. You will get a better night's sleep, leading you to feel more energized the next day and ready for yet another workout!
  4. It's never too late to start! Whether you start today or tomorrow, don't beat yourself up about not starting last week or last month. But that said, don't continue to put it off - you'll feel better once you've started (see reason #1!).
  5. PGX believes in you! Start today and then keep us filled in on your journey here or on our PGX Facebook Page. Getting positive updates from PGX'ers like you is one of our favourite parts of our job :)
