I heard George Norri on the radio talk show. He had a lot of good things to say about PGX so I bought it. I have been a diabetic for 26 years. Now with PGX I have been able to reduce my insulin and I have lost weight.

    Hi. This is not a question but a comment. I just want to say that I thank God for this supplement. It has been life changing since I have struggled most of life with sugar cravings and also the last 8 years dealing with crashing after almost every meal on a regular basis. This supplement has helped me to deal with those two problems and I notice the difference when I ran out recently and I’m waiting for 2 bottles to arrive in the mail. Believe me I’m checking my mailbox every day waiting for it.     All my husband and I can say is what a remarkable product you have created and if anyone is doubtful we have proof that it truly does work.
     
    For five years my husband was not only on Lipitor but also on Fenofibrate to lower his cholesterol and his triglycerides. The lowest the doctors could get them was 6.0 for his cholesterol and 3.5 for his triglycerides. Then the doctor I work for told me to tell him to go on PGX and that would also help him to lose weight. Well he hasn't started to lose a lot of weight yet, but it's only been two months but his cholesterol has dropped to 4.8 and his triglycerides to 1.8. His HDL and his LDL are all normal and the doctors are astonished, of course they say it can't be the PGX. However, he has gone off his medications and is continuing with PGX, his weight has shifted and we all know that, that means the weight is getting ready to start dropping off.
     
    He says he'd gladly be a spokesman for you and is truly amazed and excited about this product. I have started to use it as well as my cholesterol is a little high and I am going to use it in conjunction with my mulberry for my blood sugars. Keep up the god work.     I was at the Doctors Lecture in Medicine Hat, Alta. And have been on PGX since May 27, 2008 I also at the same time joined Weight Watchers and started to workout. At the time the Doc was here I had lost 37 lbs in 13 weeks. I talked to her briefly about my weight loss and told her that all of the above things helped me to lose this weight, but I know for a fact that the PGX has had the most affect on my weight loss. It controls your blood sugars and that is a big problem with just about everybody. Also I have Grave's disease which if you don't know what it is it is your thyroid. I have been on medicine for 2 years. Just seen my specialist in Calgary and she doesn't know what has happen but my blood work has come back that the disease is in remission and I now have been off the med's for 2 weeks and have no side affects of going off them.
     
    I had my yearly physical and my Doc was blown away by the blood work and my weight loss. She said this is the best I have looked in the 3 years she has been my doctor. Although I can't prove it, I know that the PGX has done wonders foe me. I sleep better have more energy and no cravings like before.     I am a health practitioner and I am calling to let you know you have a great product in the PGX. My husband, who is a diabetic, has lost 22 lbs on it. He was on medication and I was able to keep checks on his blood sugar levels, he is now completely off his medication, Metformin. We have told several other people about this as well. He tried the meal replacements but there was too much sugar combinations in it and it spiked his blood sugar levels. But just using the PGX capsule has really helped him.

    I would just like to tell you that PGX-Daily Matrix capsules actually changed my life. I have polycystic ovaries and therefore have insulin resistance. This diagnosis, that I got in 2007, explained why I did not have any periods even at age 23 (I am 25 now...). My doctor gave me a diabetes drug called metformin. He told me that once my insulin level would be ok I’d have a period and eventually be able to have kids (this was the ultimate goal). I took those metformin pills three times a day during 8 months. I did see a slight difference. I had fewer "sugar attacks (sugar cravings)" but was still very sensitive and still had no trace of a period. I was discouraged...doing one pregnancy test over another... I then heard about PGX-Daily and decided to stop my meds, give my body a few weeks detox and then started PGX-Daily, gradually dosing up...from 1 capsule to 2 per meal etc...WOW! I saw the difference right away. My sugar cravings that were totally incontrollable are GONE and guess what? I am now already into my third period. I started PGX early December, had a period by end of December, one in January and one now. I now believe that I will be able to have a baby soon. I am very thankful for PGX and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Regulating blood sugar is definitely the key to reducing or solving may illnesses.

  • UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

    I have a lot to say. I will try to keep it to a minimum. I noticed your display with the information booklet so I started reading it and thought, a new weight loss pill without stimulants, what the heck I'll try it. I have extreme hypothyroid, overweight non diabetic I have my blood sugar checked yearly along with my thyroid. My blood sugar always falls in the medium normal range. I went on to your website and the blood sugar fluctuations really made sense. (Since I don't monitor 24/7) I have been often quoted to say, ‘over weight people have some kind of psychosis to losing weight’. It's a real problem and when someone finds out what that is, there may be hope. The sugar stabilization sounds like that may be the link to the mind problem. Every diet I try the pounds never came off and I've done personal training 3 days a week for 2 years now. I thought well this must be just what happens when the thyroid give out. I tried Atkins 4 years ago and lost 20 lbs in a month that was great, but the weight came back up. I've done weight Watcher along with Spinning classes 5 days a week and buying a road bike and peddling no less than 20 miles (that's the truth) a day and still nothing. Okay so I settled for I'll be fat and fit. But I guess I couldn't really settle for that because I continued to try every diet our there and even Atkins again, but no results at all.
     
    So now I'm here with PGX, started on 1/26/09 with a skeptical mind, but always willing to start at 100% effort. I thought what to do, and decided to cut our all junk food, no more muffins, doughnuts, cookies, ice cream. Of course thinking yea right I'll limit my calories during the day so I can have them. The first week taking PGX a few strange things happened. Day 2 was in the grocery store and was going to get some Weight Watchers ice cream sandwiches (my favourite) but said no I'm not in the mood. Day 3 I didn't finish my dinner for real I was full. (What! I got full?) I never thought I had as stop button, and had no want at all to snack that night. Okay the next day I had breakfast at 7:30 am went to the gym at 12:30 and said wow, I’m still not hungry, not even a little, but thought by 2:00 I better eat something. My cravings for sugary sweets, bread - all gone. I can't even explain it to myself. So just under 2 weeks I’m down 10 lbs. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I can see a light at the end of my dark fat tunnel. So thank you, I just thought I had to tell you how excited I am about this.

    I have been taking PGX for about 5 months. I have lost 35 lbs. I was diagnosed with diabetes 8 months ago. I was told I had to take 6 pills and 66 units of insulin every day. I tool the pills and insulin when I could afford it. I found out about PGX and started taking it. I checked my blood sugar for a month and half and my blood sugar was between 5 and 8. So I haven't done any pills or insulin in about 4 months. I eat anything and everything I want and I still lose weight and my blood sugar is where it is suppose to be.

    I want to thank you for PGX! I'm a 46-year-old slightly overweight granny, and I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes last year. My doctor prescribed 500 mg a day of metformin, and told me that with diet and lifestyle changes, I could reverse the diabetes. For nine months I worked at balanced eating and getting more exercise. They did help, but I was checking my blood sugar 6 times a day trying to stay balanced.

    A year ago I started taking PGX Daily in capsules. No one had heard of it but I'd seen a television clip with the creators of it. I later went to my local health food store in an unrelated trip to inquire about a natural weigh loss product that would just simply reduce my hunger. I often felt shaky from hunger if I suppressed eating. I was border diabetic in a mild way. Not excessively overweight because I ate healthy, but I ate too much because of hunger. He recommended PGX.      
     
    The weight depressed me and made me postpone things ‘until’ I look better. I don't know how I gained 30 lbs in 15 years but it was almost impossible to lose. I simply thought it must be middle age, less running around, and that is part of it certainly.         
     
    I took PGX 15 minutes before eating 2 at first then 3, even 4 sometimes, with a small bottle of water or glass. Religiously I took it. I also took my usual vitamins and I tried to walk around the block 3 times a week. Minimum.     
     
    It didn't take very long to start to feel satisfied and fuller...and that was really all I’d wanted and expected from PGX. To live without feeling hungry ALL the time! It was WONDERFUL to have to check the clock to realize when my family might need dinner - because I myself felt no hunger, and I could take my time to plan a healthy meal without quickly leaping at the first thing to kill the hunger. Within weeks I began to feel SO much better. Light in my gut. The weight began to budge. In fact I was dropping fast. I lost 10 lbs and by 15 lbs everyone was commenting and congratulating me on how great I looked that it was like night and day. I felt young again and I could wear all my the clothes in my closet. Even many pants were too big for my shrinking size. I felt wonderful and my spirit grew too. I got feminine shoes and clothes and took a trip to the Grand Canyon. I stayed that way until January. Slim for 9 months. As a demonstrator of natural breads, my customers had been asking me how did I lose my weight. Everybody was asking - and I TOLD THEM AND SENT MANY HUNDREDS OFF TO BUY PGX!! THEY CAME BACK thanking me for helping them feel SO much better. It was a secret and they knew it. I wanted to thank the inventors SO much for helping me achieve the impossible.      
     
    I stopped taking them over winter when I simply grew tired of all the pill popping, and I slowly grew in size but I felt well. I didn't shake or grow excessively hungry. As an experiment I stopped altogether. I began to get bigger around the mid section but I wanted to try on my own to maintain it. I slowly regained weight although eating the same diet, walking less though. It was winter. I think it was important for me to learn that blood sugar and high glycemic index foods make such an extreme difference to my well being.     I first saw PGX in 2007 when I was in a health food store. I was asking about safe, weight loss products that had shown real results for real people. I informed the sales associate that I had bad knees and that I was limited to what I could do for exercise because of this. She immediately took me to the PGX products and explained how they worked. I was hooked. I lost a total of 35 lbs that first year kept off all but 5 lbs of it. I have been recently introduced to the PGX softgels. This product is awesome.     I am looking for: SlimStyles Appetite control fibre blend with PGX. I bought it a long time ago, and recently started to use it again. I don't think I really used it frequently before to track the success, but have definitely had success this time, along with reducing my calorie intake, cross training at the gym (as I run half marathons - and have done a few full marathons).     
     
    The main success factor is: it takes away my cravings (chocolate) and desserts and I can be around others who are eating dessert that I served and I don't feel I have to have it. It is really strange for me. Should have taken it at Christmas before I put on the darn weight.    
     
    I found the soft gel capsules not the powder yet (which I use to add to my smoothies). This product has really helped reduce (drastically) my cravings.

I am an individual that had been training for numerous years 4-5 days per week. I always believe in the benefits of natural products. However since 6 months I was losing my battle with my weight gain. I went from 250 lbs to 272 lbs with all my efforts to reduce I could not simply not to it. I was depressed. Even with all my medications, my glycemic level was always going up along with the milligrams of Metformin. I was cutting down my food intake to stop the problem. Then I saw your product and told my self that I had nothing to lose. I started religiously to take 3-4 per meals without any exceptions, taking pills even with snacks. The results to this day are extraordinary. I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months. Also my glycemic level is back to normal, between 5.5 to 6.0. My partner started to take it also and has now lost 10 lbs in about one month or so and her waist, along with mind, is melting away. I feel in very good shape now that my glycemic level is under control. For me this is the best natural product that I have ever taken in my life. I still exercise and eat well but with the PGX, it is so easy. I almost eat what I like in small quantities and my glycemic level is better week after week. I tell everybody about your product and people are curious to try. For me, I cannot not stop taking this phenomenal product it is better then Metformin and cholesterol medication. My goal is to be 215 lbs. I have not been 215 lbs since I was 25 yrs old. I would have lost 57 lbs and fewer medications to take in the long run. Please do not stop making this I count on you to maintain my good health. Again this is phenomenal, thank you very much.

    I am finishing my second container of PGX Daily. A week after starting, I noticed that I no longer even want to snack between meals, I'm not hungry. I stick with the 5-6 caplets before every meal. I have not weight myself, because I want to notice my clothes getting bigger first. There are a lot of skeptics online, saying that this is not a weight loss drug. I hope they're wrong, because I think this is going to work! I am combining this drug with a fruit/veg/lean meat/no white bread diet, and I can’t wait to start seeing results. Thank you very much for a great product.

    I was very skeptical about trying this product. I tried a lot of products in the past.  I was a sugar roller coaster. I loved all sweets. I'm 45 years old now and boy I swear by this product. I loved chocolate. I ate and ate chocolate with no satisfaction. I couldn't tell when I'm full. Now I eat chocolate and any other sweets and I get a yuckie feeling like I'm going to be sick.     I've had 20+ years of chronic health problems, and have tried many types of supplements, but I’ve never found one that made as much difference as PGX. After many years of chronic low-energy, and chronic candida (which candida programs never helped significantly), my blood sugar levels began to fluctuate more dramatically and I started getting frequent, long-lasting migraines. I tried protein drinks and they helped a little, but it was clear the underlying problem was not getting better. Then I tried PGX. For the first time in my life, I feel like I have a full tank of fuel in my belly. It feels so good. I feel so much better in the afternoons with a feeling of calm, constant energy. I'm not starving all the time, and I have fewer cravings for snacks in the evenings. I feel like I'm absorbing more nutrients from the food, and have felt like my body is growing stronger. I did have some trouble adjusting to the fibre; but found the PGX with Smooth Digest solved that. I have even found that, if I take PGX before a meal with some foods I react to (such as wheat), I don’t get the reaction. I have suspected for a while that my body just doesn't digest and absorb enough from the food. It is such a good feeling to feel like I'm actually getting nourishment now.                  
     
    I had one other surprising result. For about the last five years, I've had trouble with my singing voice and a lot of catarrh in my throat. Since taking the PGX, both these symptoms have improved significantly and I can sing again! I have a hunch that having a healthier bowel has meant that my body could clear out the congestion in my sinuses more. Thanks! It's a great product!

    PGX is amazing. It really works like they say. My naturopath suggested a diet for me that consisted mostly of Bran in various forms (yuck), vegetables and foods that are 'good for you' but after I found out I have a lot of food allergies that conflicted with her plan, I decided to give PGX a shot.                          
     
    My BMI has been well over 32+ for as long as I can remember but since I started taking PGX in December I've dropped 35 pounds so far (212-->177) (about 10 lbs a month) and haven't changed my daily routine very much other than I'm not binge eating all hours of the day. My target BMI is 27 (165 lbs) and although that's supposed to be in the 'overweight' range I'm told that due to my thicker bone structure that would be considered healthy for me.
     
    I still eat at McDonald's or a pizza slice at my favourite lunch spot once a week too! You really don't have to give up your 'must have' foods as long as you do it in moderation, take a walk when you can and all that.       
     
    I have more energy too. I've recently installed hardwood flooring in the living room (boxes sat for months), started cleaning up the yard for some renewed landscaping and have been much more active than I had been in years.

    I used to be 500 lbs, that first bit was easy to get off. Was 335 lbs when started PGX @ 52 years old on it for 6 to 8 weeks, now lost 18 lbs.     I was hesitant about trying PGX. I have been on prescribed diet pills only to gain the weight back and experience many side effects. I have tried diet after diet and even had a personal trainer. I was even planning on having lap band surgery as a last resort. But I thought why not? I started taking it May 9, 2010. Since then (almost 2 months) I have lost 45 pounds. I can't believe it! I didn't believe it. I was going to throw my scale out! I have been following a 1200 calorie diet and have been walking.
