Welcome to the PGX Program!
The PGX program
does not focus on regimented meal plans or restrictive diets. This
12-week program, designed by master motivator Julia Havey, is designed
to build your confidence step-by-step, with each healthful change that
you make.
How it works
The program begins slowly and simply, with a new
healthy habit added weekly. For example, the goal for the first week is
to increase your water intake. Week-by-week, Julia stays with you on
your journey.
