Summer Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) berries; strawberries, raspberry (frozen are fine too)

2-3 ice cubes

1 cup (250 ml) cold filtered water

2.5-5 gram PGX Daily Singles (1-2 sticks) Or, 1 scoop PGX Satisfast™ Very Vanilla

1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or use hand blender until smooth.

  2. Drink soon after blending or stir in the PGX granules when ready to consume the smoothie.
