Starting a new weight-loss program can be overwhelming and confusing – especially when there are so many tools and options to choose from. The PGX program is easy to follow. You can be successful – regardless of your current level of motivation, fitness, or amount of free time.
So where do you begin? Start by joining the PGX Program. Follow the goals set out for you each day, and try not to skip ahead. If you don’t have time to read, use the audio books instead. You can listen to them anywhere you go!
If you have a little more time, and you are firmly committed to losing weight, use the Vice Busting Diet PGX Journal. It will allow you to track your progress, which is so important as you begin to reveal a more successful you. Often, our level of commitment becomes clearer and stronger when we write down our goals and track our progress towards achieving them.
If you do not know what foods to eat, or are uncertain of what to look for when shopping, you can rely on another resource, the Healthy Eating Food Guide. However, read and follow the first 21 days of the Vice Busting Diet first, and be sure to continue your day-by-day reliance on the Vice Busting Diet as you learn.
