Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 cup bite sized fruit, fresh or frozen (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or peaches)

1 cup 2% organic vanilla yogurt

½ cup crunchy granola

2.5 g PGX (1 PGX Daily stick )

Directions

  1. In a tall glass or cup with a lid, make 3 layers of yogurt and 2 layers of fruit, starting and ending with yogurt.

  2. If using frozen fruit, cover and refrigerate the parfait for several hours or overnight to allow fruit to defrost and flavors to blend.

  3. Just before serving, add 1 stick of PGX Daily and top with 1-2 tbsp of granola

  4. Optionally: mix 1 tsp of cinnamon into yogurt; add one scoop of Chia seeds to yogurt mixture; drizzle parfait with 1 tsp of honey
